About Us

Rupert Barker, Principal Consultant

Rupert is a Chartered Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience of independent practice and the lead consultant of RBMG Consulting. He has worked in a wide variety of settings, sectors and countries, delivering development programmes for organisations, teams and individuals.

His key areas of expertise are leadership and team development, coaching and mentoring, organisational analyses, corporate change and development programmes, and management skills training.

He has designed executive development centres, from the initial analysis through scenario construction to implementation and delivery, allied to the development of value and competency sets. He has also contributed to manufacturer team, national association and individual competitor programmes in motor sport.

Based in East Devon, Rupert enjoys competing in, organising and officiating at, motor sport events.
